take5thrive is made by Thrive Metrics Pty Ltd, a small company based in regional Western Australia. In 2024 the work received an Innovation Booster Grant from the Western Australian Government.

Taryn

Taryn has worked across a range of industries in wellbeing, clinical and therapeutic services. Again and again she saw good people leave workplaces that never knew anything was wrong. take5thrive is her answer: a quick, respectful way for leaders to hear from their teams, and a clear next step when they do.
